The installation of fan louvers requires pre measurement of dimensions and preparation of tools, and operation according to standardized procedures to ensure smooth ventilation and meet the standards for rain and dust prevention.
1、 Preparation before installation
Tools and materials: Prepare an electric drill, tape measure, level, screwdriver, hard wall with expansion screws, or choose non perforated blinds.
Accurate measurement of dimensions
Interior: Take the minimum value of 1cm from the top, middle, and bottom of the width measurement, take the minimum value from the left, middle, and right of the height measurement, and reserve a depth of 6-8cm.
Exterior: Add 5-10cm on each side of the widest width, and add 10cm above the highest height. The exterior design should tilt downwards at a 5 ° angle to prevent rainwater.
Location confirmation: Select a location with smooth ventilation and easy subsequent cleaning, avoiding obstruction from other equipment. The electric louvers need to reserve wiring positions in advance.
2、 Core installation steps
Positioning drilling: Use a level to calibrate the position of the bracket, mark the drilling points with a pencil, and ensure that all installation codes are in the same straight line and the hole positions are vertical.
Frame fixation: Angle steel brackets can be welded in advance for concrete walls, epoxy resin anchor bolts are used for ceramic tile walls, and stainless steel rivets and waterproof washers are installed for color steel plate roofs.
Main body installation: Push the blinds into the air duct or clip them into the bracket, fix them with self tapping screws from the reserved holes, and ensure that the edges fit seamlessly; The small air outlet is fixed with a flange, while the large air outlet is suitable for side hanging. Pay attention to aligning the rain proof louvers with the direction of the drainage channel.
Blade debugging: Use an angle ruler to calibrate the synchronization of all blade opening and closing, with an error of ≤ 2 °. Apply a small amount of lubricating grease to the hinge to eliminate operating noise.
3、 Check after installation
Stability test: Gently shake the window to confirm that there is no looseness, the track is level without jamming, and it does not affect the normal operation of the fan.
Airflow test: After turning on, observe the smoothness of the airflow and adjust the blade angle without any abnormal noise.
Sealing verification: Check the gaps around and fill them with sealant. Conduct a simulated rain test without any rainwater backflow or air leakage.
